This video from the SEPTA subway in the city’s Chinatown shows a woman being punched then dragged by her ankle across the platform and thrown onto the tracks by an attacker who wanted to steal her cell phone. New low for Philadelphia or is this type of behavior quite typical of the multicultural pot of America?
Philadelphia police reported they have arrested the thug and also recovered the stolen cell phone. The woman miraculously survived and climbed back up onto the opposite platform. Luckily she was not thrown in front of an approaching train.
