An amateur video captured the rescue of a worker who was electrocuted while fixing a billboard atop a shop in Los Próceres, El Salvador. Two men received electricity shocks while working on that rooftop, their names were Rafael Antonio Cañas and Marvin García. The video captured the extraction of one of them.
Both men are reported to have survived but are treated for injuries in a hospital. The incident happened on March 25, 2014.
In some countries, power distribution system is one hell of a mess. Doing anything on a rooftop is dangerous by virtue of being around a maze of cris-crossing wires
